Received figures come from the Due sheet of the Inward book, matched by supplier name. "Open" means no agreement status is entered in the order book yet.
From the Due sheet. Paid = instalment payments + diesel payments. Net follows the sheet's sign: (+) Dena is owed to the supplier, (−) Lena is to be recovered from the supplier. The two heap rows at the bottom of the sheet use different columns, so their balance is left blank.

Type is inferred from order size: 5,000 t or more (for the supplier or its group) = Trader, below that = Aagariya, since the sheets have no type column. Before season = "Upto 31/03" column of the Raw Salt Payment sheet (advance + monthly instalments); After = the April–June columns. Advance covers = total paid ÷ rate, i.e. how many tons the money already paid should buy. Salt due = advance covers − received. Under each name, the orange line is money paid and the blue line is salt value received. Nothing here is written back to the sheets.
Read-only review. These are found by comparing the Order Book and Inward book; nothing has been changed or deleted in either sheet. Mark corrections in the sheets yourself, then ask for the dashboard to be refreshed.
